How is sizing?

Each tee has a size guide noted on the order page, however, you can also refer to our Size Guide.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. We also accept Apple Pay and PayPal.


Can I make any changes to my order?

We will do our best to make an edit to your order, please contact us within 24hrs of order placement at hello@weareminimasters.com,

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

What happens if the item(s) are received are faulty /incorrect /damaged /missing?

If you have noticed that a mistake has occurred with your order please contact us right away at hello@weareminimasters.com, and provide your order, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What shipping method do you use?

Our domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 7 to 11 business days. Please note, there is no shipping on all U.S major holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once an order is shipped an emailed notification will be sent, domestic orders can be tracked until delivered.  International orders can only show they have been shipped but currently tracking details while in transit are not available.

What do I do if my package was shipped but I did not receive it?

If your package is lost in the mail you must file a claim with USPS by using the link below: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship international orders via USPS First-Class Mail International.

What is the expected delivery date for International orders?

The delivery date can be as short as one week and as long as four weeks. Also, please note tracking is only available while the package is still in the U.S, once it departs, the next notification is when it reaches your country.

Will I pay for duties and taxes?

This actually depends on your country, please contact your local carrier for additional details.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

Can I exchange my order?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, we currently manufacture our products using print-on-demand services, so we are not able to offer returns or exchanges, however, if you feel you have received a faulty item(s) we can indeed provide a refund or exchange.

PRODUCT CARE 

What is the best way to maintain my t-shirt?

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry

No No's: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
