We currently do not offer exchanges or returns however, our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at hello@weareminimasters.com, and we will do our very best to meet your expectations.

Can I exchange my order?

We currently manufacture our products using print-on-demand services, so we are not able to offer returns or exchanges, however, if you feel you have received a faulty item(s) we can indeed provide a refund or exchange.

What do I do if my package was shipped but I did not receive it?

If your package is lost in the mail you must file a claim with USPS by using the link below: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
